At Qubio, we are looking for a Junior profile candidate to join our Development team and actively participate in implementing new software solutions for advanced processing and quantitative analysis for medical image-based diagnostics.
👨💻 Profile:
- 🎓 Bachelor’s and/or postgraduate degree in relevant fields: Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Physical Sciences or Mathematics, Data Science and AI.
- 💻 Solid knowledge of Python programming
- 📊 Experience in scientific data analysis and implementation of Artificial Intelligence models
- 🔄 Familiarity with version control (GitHub) and agile development methodologies
- 🤝 Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
⭐ We value:
- 🧠 Experience with medical imaging data (DICOM, NIfTI)
- 🔄 Understanding of interoperability technologies in medicine
- 📈 Experience with medical image processing libraries such as SimpleITK, Nibabel, or PyDicom and Deep Learning frameworks like Pytorch or MONAI.
- ☁️ Knowledge of cloud environments, especially AWS
- 🐳 Knowledge of Docker and containerization
